Youth Leading Change
YMWS trains high school and college students in leadership, career skills, and community service. Over 2,000 youth from urban and rural areas have participated in training, cultural events, work camps, and disaster relief.
Greening of Young Minds
Teachers guide students to care for the environment and take action. Activities range from planting native saplings to small community projects. Students use the Miyawaki method to grow dense, native forests in Khelaghar school grounds.
Trained Teachers
All teachers are trained female graduates who bring warmth and consistency to classrooms. Their commitment keeps attendance high and learning joyful.
